1.2 If your order does not arrive within 7 days (on U.S. orders)
and within 14 days (non U.S. orders) after we have issued you a UPS tracking
number for your purchase, you will be offered a replacement shipment or option
for full refund.
1.3 You agree to hold us harmless in case of any of any
post delivery loss of your goods. Example: front desk/concierge
of your billing address signs for your package and it is lost after they have
have taken legal, written possession of your goods. Example 2 : At your request,
we may leave the package without a signature requirement in your front door
and the package disappears before you, the buyer, can get to it.
1.4 Celluloco.com will charge your credit card for any charges we
incur from re-routing your order to the correct address in case the one you
provide us turn out to be incorrect. If your address is considered to
be in a remote area as per United States Postal
Service's official records, we will assess a US$30.00
fee to your credit card for an period of up to 30 days from
the shipment of your order (this is the time frame it takes for UPS to inform
us of such events through their billing services to you). In case of a refused
shipment or unsuccessful delivery, we will charge your credit card double freight
(from and back to our warehouse)and a 25% restocking fee over the full
price of your purchase with us.
1.5 Celluloco.com will charge a flat US$35.00
fee for preparation of Customs compliance paperwork
(i.e. SED and Commercial Invoice) for all
international orders. All international orders will incur an
additional US$45.00 fee
for the processing of a foreign issued payment (i.e. payment
through a non U.S. credit card or a non US initiated bank wire). Both
of these fees (if and when applicable) will be added to you to your order placed
online or by phone whose updated receipt will be emailed to you within 72 hours
of the actual shipment of your order.
1.6 All orders must be signed for in person at the address of intended
delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. In case you cannot
be physically available when the UPS driver will deliver your package or in
the case where you have missed a delivery attempt, you may call 1-800-PICK-UPS,
say the world "REP" to bypass their annoying automated menu and ask
for the address of the UPS Hub near you where you package is being held so that
you may pick it up at your convenience. Most of these hubs do close at
8:30pm. Don't forget to take a pictured I.D. with you as you be requested
to identify yourself as the consignee prior to signing for your package.
1.7 Buyer must take delivery of any orders we mark as "SHIPPED"
in our system since these describe orders that have already been handled, picked,
packed and shipped. Shipped orders can only be returned by following proper
return guidelines set forth in our Return
Policy. Please be reminded that we send all tracking numbers out
at the end of each business day, at 8PM EST, Monday through Friday and by 5PM
EST on Saturdays. As we understand that there could be errors in email
delivery, we also post the tracking number in your account for your viewing.

particular tracking information will only be accurate if you check it on the

4.1 Your order will only subject to a 7% sales tax if we are shipping
