While Celluloco.com assures every buyer with warranty of fitness and merchantibility on very item we sell, we do not extend product warranty ourselves on the items sold. All products sold by Celluloco.com carry their own manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's warranty will cover the repair/or replacement of your purchased item as per the conditions set forth by the manufacturer of your purchased item. Please note that over 90% of the products we sell carry manufacturer's warranty that can only be redeemed overseas in the respective countries we purchase them. As these imported gadgets become slowly available in the U.S., buyers can expect to enjoy domestic servicing of their units purchased.
All mobiles traded at Celluloco.com are sold on a "sales are final" basis and may not be returned to us for exchanges or refunds. Our Returns Department will only issue a Return Authorization Code for the return of a mobile when such mobile is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival. Buyers will have 3 (three) days to report such D.O.A. (dead on arrival/damaged on arrival) from the time of their receipt of their purchased goods.
Celluloco.com does allow for the return of the accessories it sells under following terms:
Defective or damaged accessories are generally gadgets that show a visible defect/damage
right out-of-the-box or within the first few days of use. Remember that there
are a few symptoms that do not constitute in technical defects such as a buyer's obligation to charge a battery or a bluetooth headset at least 12 hours prior to its initial use to ensure the durability that manufacturers claim for such product.
Provided that you have charged the battery of such acccessory (if it has one to charge) and it still fails to work, please follow the following instructions:

description of your problem (be concise) and tell us which one of the two options below that you would like us to pursue with your faulty accessory:

We understand that sometimes buyers can make a mistake when purchasing an accessory for their mobile. We allow for returns of all non-defective accessories with the exception of batteries and headsets. For returns of all other non-defective or unwated accessories, please follow this procedure:

3.1 Mobiles cannot be returned unless defective. All accessories, except for batteries, are returnable for exchange if defective or for a exchange/or refund if non-defective.
3.2 We will not allow for refunds or exchange on gadgets returned
to us that show signs of any of the following: misuse, abuse, liquid damage,
sealed software tampering or normal wear and tear from use of the product. We
will return these to you at your expense.
3.3 Returns of D.O.A. (dead or damaged on arrival) goods must be reported within 3 days of the buyer's receipt of the merchandise whereas returns for non-defective goods enjoy the time limit of our 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
3.4 Returns of D.O.A. (dead or damaged on arrival) goods will must be replaced by a working unit and cannot be refunded.
3.5 Refunds are only allowed for returns of non-defective goods.
3.4 All returns must be pre-authorized by us via in-house codes we will provide you
via email that will be specific to the nature of your dissatisfaction. Your return
must show such code legibly displayed outside of your parcel. Our Returns Dept.
will refuse any and all returns that do not display an RMA Authorization Code. To receive a RMA Authorization Code, please send us an email

so that we may handle it as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order number in your communication.
3.5 All returns must include all
literature and original box. Defaced boxes or tampered software will
waive your right towards a return for refund.
3.7 All returns will be subject to full inspection by our RMA Department and
will be rejected if we find anything missing in the box.
3.8 Returns for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
3.9 Returns for refund that arise from order shipment refusal by buyer will
be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus double freight.
Double freight liability to us arises from our costs incurred with round-trip
shipment of your order back us.
3.10 Returns for refund will be credited on your credit card within 1-2 billing
cycles from the date we received it. If you paid via bank wire, we will issue
your refund via company check.
3.11 All costs related to shipping of your return as well as any duties payable
to U.S. Customs to get your product back to us in case of international returns
shall all be paid by customer.
3.12 If you request an exchange item that is not available, we reserve the
right to replace it with one of like value and quality.
3.13 Refunds will not include shipping charges.

of your RMA return. This length of time is required by
so that we can inspect returned goods for possible
abuse, misuse, liquid damage and/or signs of wear and tear. If we find
any of these in your return, we will ship it back to you at your expense
and attempt to email you (if your electronic address is on file with us)
a picture of the such occurrence (if visible) so that you may retain it
for your records.. If you reject that return shipment, Celluloco.com reserves
the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
*** For reasons of hygiene and public health, no
refunds/replacements/exchanges are available for handsfree/bluetooth accessories
(This does not apply to faulty goods). For reasons of copyright infringements,
there will be no refunds on any accessory
that includes software that has been opened by you or anyone else.
Manufacturers and Celluloco.com do not offer
any implied or expressed warrranty on any batteries advertised
on this site simply due to the fact that a battery's lifetime will be
a direct consequence of user's prudent care in making sure the initial
charge is always a minimum of 10-12 hours and that subsequent charges
only will take place when battery has fully lost power. Hence, our recommendation
is "good charging habits" prevent you from buying replacement
batteries! |
